Whereas a lot of former special forces guys use their background to craft military-driven thrillers, an approach that works for some, Taylor, on the other hand, has cemented himself as one of today’s finest storytellers-who just so happens to be a retired Lieutenant Colonel with twenty-one-years of experience, including eight years with Delta Force.

As always, Taylor’s own military experience and insights bleed onto the page, but in an honest and informative way that makes his story seem a little too real for comfort.
